I was given a calcium points chart by our dietician and feel we are just not meeting the full 9 points my son requires in his diet. He prefers Oatley milk which doesn’t have nearly as much calcium as some of the other milks such as coconut, rice or soya.
I have now been prescribed a calcium supplement. I went for the Cacit Effervescent tablets but notice there is quite a selection available. Others on the list were: Calcium Sandoz Syrup, Adcal Chewable Tablets and Calcichew Chewable Tablets. I picked the tablets as we already have vitamin drops but would really appreciate some advice if you have experience of any of these supplements!
